Leave the hard work to us! Simply remove personal items & things you wish to exclude from the sale. We take care of everything else—cleaning & trash removal included.

Typical sales are scheduled as 2-day, weekend-only events for maximum foot traffic.
Prior to your sale, we need about 2 weeks for cleaning, setup, & pricing. We ask that the house be unoccupied for this time to insure the best preparation.

Yes! Every sale is unique. We work with museums, colleges, corporate campuses, & businesses, to name a few. We’ll also set our own location (or coordinate online sales & auctions) for collections not stored in publicly-accessible sites.
